At Scott Lister we recognise the importance of the individual in the delivery of successful solutions to industry. Any system must be designed with “people” in mind. Our human factors services interface with almost all of our other services to produce solutions that are appropriate and usable.
We consider the delivery of our human factors services on two levels; the “macro” or organisational level, and the “micro” or individual level. Examples of our services are as follows:
Organisational culture/health assessment
Behavioural based change strategies and delivery of programs
Training needs analysis (including risk based TNA solutions)
Human reliability assessment (using techniques such as HEART and THERP)
User centred design.
