Transport
- Led the risk, HSEQ and systems
assurance activities on rail rolling-stock and
infrastructure projects, ranging from $10M to
$10Bn.
- Supported major projects in
the road, rail and aviation sectors.
- Defined whole of organisation
frameworks and procedures in the risk management,
HSEQ, change, human factors and systems assurance
areas for a number of companies with turnovers
from $100M to $10Bn.
- Provided advice to many government
agencies.
Defence
- Led the systems and safety assurance
activities on a multi-billion dollar naval contract.
- Supported multiple billion
dollar projects in the marine and aerospace sectors
on projects in the UK, Spain and Australia.
Energy & Utilities
- Led the risk, safety and HSEQ
management activities on a number of power plant
construction projects: Nuclear, Oil, Gas.
- Defined whole of organisation
frameworks and procedures in the risk management,
HSEQ, change, HF and systems assurance areas for
a number of energy and utilities companies.
- Undertaken many types of assessment
on plant operations.
- Provided advice to government
agencies.
Finance & IT
- Development and implementation
of change management methodologies within a number
of finance companies.
- Led the risk and business continuity
management activities on a number of project initiatives
within the finance and IT sector.
- Business process re-engineering
within a number of banking and IT companies.
